Optimizing established processes, upgrading immature processes: The Karlsruhe Research Factory for AI-integrated Production is dedicated to this goal. We take practical research on real manufacturing processes to the next level. The aim is to enable manufacturing companies, and also machine and plant manufacturers, to serve the market with new products much earlier.
To this end, we consistently exploit the potential of comprehensive digitalization and bring methods of artificial intelligence and machine learning reliably into operational practice. We combine excellent science with pronounced application expertise to realize close, ‘hands-on’ collaboration between researchers and industry representatives.
